Strengths: quality of construction .. solid feel, good cables (coiled and straight) are removable .. pads are very comfort

Weakness: very slightly woofy in the low low end (not unexpected for headphone) im talkin' below what most speakers will play

First, my perspective is that of an engineer, not an audiophile. Thus, Im not impressed by "lush lavish sound" or " searing highs and thundering lows". I want something that's accurate and non fatiguing.. can play high db, but not "loud" .. must sound even at low volumes, too. From this point of view, I find the 750s quite good and very useful. From this point of view, I find the 750s quite good and very useful.
These are different than 'normal' headphones .. the sound is less in-your-head and more like speakers (which is a good thing to me)
detail and articulation are not exaggerated, mids are very good and highs are accurate; not overextended or exaggerated.
Lows in a headphone are somewhat disconcerting to me, as they are always false; can't really generate the long wavelength and the "feel" of musical lows.
(not the same as marketing lows)
But these do a decent job and seem accurate.. translate very well to speaker system.
They definitely require some burn time for the whole spectrum to even out..
Once used to the "speakerish" sound, they're well well worth the money.
