Insect inside the set
Strengths: Quality Picture.
Weakness: Poor Customer Service.
In April of 2010 I purchased a new KD40EX700 Sony Bravia set. In June of 2010 an insect was seen crawling behind the glass front of the tv set. Thinking the insect was on the glass I attempted to remove the insect. Since the insect was inside the set I smashed the insect and it is now stuck (dead) inside the set.
