The InvisibleShield film is extremely durable, and provides good coverage all the way around. The application squeegee and spray solution (can't determine that it's anything other than demineralized water) work well to aid installation. Mine did not come with installation instructions, but I've applied this film to other devices so the lack of instructions was not problematic. The film is cut so that it can be contoured over the rounded corners of the iPod Touch's back case. The tiny corner tabs are very difficult to get to lay down without having them buckle. Also, the notches cut out to fit around the volume switch do not match the iPod. I had to carefully trim the film with a new exacto blade. Trimming was difficult, but that gave me assurance that the film was durable. Be very careful when applying the film using the spray solution because liquids and iPods are a dangerous combination. The film also keeps your fingers/thumbs from sliding on the screen as smoothly as the unprotected surface, as there will be more friction. If you intend to apply this film, be sure to do so IMMEDIATELY upon removing the iPod from the retail packaging before its polished stainless steel case becomes scratched. Overall, I'd purchase this protective film again, even knowing the shortcomings it has.
