Great headphones...
Strengths: Good noise cancelling, good enhancement of MP3's
Weakness: Pricey, battery life
But then again, all the top noise cancelling headphones are pricey... The noise cancelling is excellent as well as the sound enhancements. However, the real plus these have over Bose models is the fact the sound doesn't stop when the batteries run out (you just lose the noise cancelling and enhancements). While the battery life may not be as good as some other brands, the batteries have lasted...
