nice but
Strengths: very good zoom crystal clear picture (when using Progresive mode on DVD player) can display very big image (when there is enough distance)
Weakness: Makes a lot of noise gets very hot light leaks from sides defaults to 4:3 mode when changing some setting on DVD
i expected more from Hitachi, i didnt know it would make so much sound. but when i use it with my home theater you can;t hear it.
i had some issues with the edges it does not make a perfect rectangle, i still have to make some changes to the settings

Good deal on a HD projector
Strengths: Native 1280x720, excellent image quality, HDCP support
Weakness: No HDMI input
I've watched HDDVD and HDTV with this projector, on the wall, only at night. Huge image with great detail and without noticeable distortion. Talk about theatre experience! Feel dizzy if I sit too close. All for only $700!
Unfortunately it doesn't have HDMI input. Have problem playback HDDVD even if I use a HDMI to DVI converter.
