This was just an okay film. I was pretty geeky when i first saw it, so i was holding my head in my hands and crying and all that when anakin killed everyone. In my opinion, the best of the prequels, though its still nowhere near the sequels. I think that in this movie, as well as the rest of the prequels, they were trying to do what they did 20 years ago by throwing in tons of special effects....

Too much light saber action. Hard...
Too much light saber action. Hard to believe how easy Anakin is seduced to the dark side. Otherwise an enjoyable Star Wars film. Visuals were extraordinary.

Most people see this as the best of the prequels. The pace of the originals is not restored here. Although the script is still difficult (sometimes too difficult) for the actors to say and relate to one another dramatically, Christensen captures a Vader with variously restrained bouts of fury and psychosis.
